Job summary

Twin Peaks Lodge & Hot Springs in Colorado seeks a Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional service by phone, email, and chat. You will handle inquiries, process bookings and updates, and support guests throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem solving, and computer skills; prior hotel or customer service experience is preferred. This full-time, in-person role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or hotel setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze needs and recommend products or services.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with bookings and reservations and front desk duties.
