Residence Inn/Fairfield Inn Boulder Broomfield/Interlocken is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests and deliver exceptional service throughout their stay. Candidates should have at least one year of front desk or guest-facing experience and be proficient with MS Office applications; Fosse PMS knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of experience working in a customer service or guest-facing role required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Fosse PMS experience is a plus.
