Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be the first impression of our island-inspired resort, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Flexible with schedule (AM/PM & overnight possible).
• Maintain positive relations with guests and team members.
• Desire to learn and deliver guest service experience.
• Ensure a high level of service is maintained at all times.
• Computer literacy; Word, Excel and PMS.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out and respond to requests.
• Provide friendly, energetic, professional service as the face of arrivals.
• Maintain a positive guest experience and smooth front desk operations.
• Support the Front Office Manager with daily tasks as needed.
