Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel Richardson is seeking a Front Desk Agent for a 3PM-11PM shift. You will greet guests, check them in/out, and promote hotel programs while maintaining accurate guest records and handling cash with courtesy.

You’ll assist with breakfast and early-evening Kickback service, ensuring a warm, efficient, and welcoming experience. Join a team known for hospitality, growth, and recognized excellence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk; check-in/check-out.
• Promote hotel programs, maintain guest records, handle cash, monitor satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Assist with breakfast service and Kickback shift as needed.
• Maintain high integrity, service and hospitality to reflect Drury culture.
