Job summary

Doubletree Omaha Downtown is seeking a Front Desk Agent with a hospitality mindset to greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and provide exceptional service. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring guest satisfaction and a memorable stay through proactive assistance and local knowledge.

We value teamwork, integrity, and a positive attitude. The role requires flexibility to cover 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm shifts and ongoing opportunities for growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Prior Hilton hospitality experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a computer system.
• MUST have prior front desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Initiate courtesy calls after check-in to ensure guest satisfaction and offer assistance.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests at all times.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service related to general PBX services.
• Review arrivals, note special requests, and block rooms for VIP and group arrivals.
• Complete all items on shift checklists and perform routine data verification.
