Job Overview

Check-in/check-out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; process all payments according to established procedures. Verify guest registration to ensure security. Coordinate guests’ needs, requests, and inquiries to provide superior service and value.

Responsibilities
Financial
  • Process transactions accurately, handle cash, credit cards, and reports.
  • Manage guest safe-deposit boxes.
  • Upsell rooms to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor supplies and replenish as needed.
  • Welcome guests and provide local information.
  • Handle reservations, tickets, and guest requests.
People
  • Answer phones courteously.
  • Register guests, issue keys, provide hotel info.
  • Report guest issues to management.
Guest Experience
  • Respond to concerns or complaints effectively.
  • Book reservations and manage updates.
Responsible Business
  • Promote teamwork and quality service.
  • Perform additional duties like tours, concierge, special requests.
  • Maintain a neat concierge area.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, 1-year front desk/guest service experience.
  • Some college preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
  • Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate equipment.

  • Availability for nights, weekends, holidays.
