The Marriott Renaissance Hotel is seeking a creative and guest-focused front desk agent to join our team of fun-spirited members! Our newly renovated hotel features over 250 rooms and nearly 5,000 square feet of meeting space, conveniently located for both business and leisure travelers. The role requires working evenings and weekends.
Our property is just a short drive from the Mall of America. Amenities include a full-service modern American restaurant with creatively crafted dishes featuring a Minnesota twist, an indoor heated junior Olympic-sized pool, a whirlpool, and a 24-hour fitness center. The hotel has recently undergone a complete remodel with a local Minnesotan theme.

The pay range is $17 to $17.50 per hour, based on experience.
This role includes a $1,000 retention incentive: $250 after 90 days, $250 after 6 months, and $500 upon first anniversary.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: At least one year in front desk roles preferred; customer service or guest-facing experience required; familiarity with MS Office; experience with hotel PMS systems like OPERA is a plus.
