Job summary

Lemonjuice Solutions, LLC invites two dedicated front desk professionals to join our Parkway International team in Kissimmee, FL. You will handle guest check-ins/outs, room assignments, payments, and key issuance while delivering attentive service.

This full-time, hourly role requires weekend and holiday availability, rotating day/night shifts, and a focus on accuracy, clear communication, and teamwork; robust benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Vocational School Degree or Business Certification.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs in the computer system and issue room keys.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns.
• Answer calls, provide information, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle payments, vouchers, and maintain accurate records.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and assist guests and staff as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
