Job summary

Jiten Hotel Management Inc is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Agent for SpringHill Suites in Kissimmee, FL. You will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting arrivals, handling check-ins and information requests. Shifts run 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm with weekend availability.

You must maintain a professional appearance, balance cash handling duties, and deliver courteous service at all times. Knowledge of hotel operations, reservations, and policies is a plus, and the role offers

Responsibilities

Greet and register guests and assist with reservations.

Maintain front desk and back-office area cleanliness and organization.
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures and assist guests with special requests.
