24Seven Hotels is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent for the Calabasas property. You will be the first and last contact for guests, creating welcoming experiences while handling check-ins, payments, and guest requests.

Ideal candidates are calm, proactive, and capable of de-escalating guest concerns with confidence. The role requires strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or hospitality preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and calmly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a professional welcome.
• Handle check-ins/ Checkouts and process payments per policy.
• Verify guest IDs and reservations for accuracy and security.
• Promote amenities, loyalty programs, and upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless stays.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and hotel channels.
