Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Prefer 1+ year customer service experience in hotels.
• Familiarity with local area and attractions.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs, good problem solving skills, judgment and reasoning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Strong computer skills.
• Present confident and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates concierge type services for the guests and sets positive tone for arrival experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
• Coordinate and handle guest transportation and luggage services.
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize their stay to exceed their expectations.
• Respond to guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations, arranging tours, and organizing special requests.
