Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites Greensboro on Gate City Blvd is hiring a friendly front desk associate to welcome guests and start every stay with a smile. You will check guests in and out, answer questions, and ensure a smooth, courteous arrival and departure.

You will promote our programs, handle transactions accurately, monitor guest satisfaction, and assist with breakfast and Kickback service as needed. We value teamwork, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly demeanor when relating to and interacting with the public.
• Attention to detail while handling multiple tasks.
• Experience with money handling and making change.
• Ability to communicate in English and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
• Check guests in and out, promote programs, maintain guest records, cash handling, monitor satisfaction, and resolve problems.
• Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food preparation, setup, guest service, and clean-up.
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience with a +1 Service attitude.
