Job summary

Marathon Courtyard in Marathon, FL is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to ensure smooth check-in and check-out for hotel guests.

You will handle payments according to hotel policies, assist guests with information on local activities, and resolve guest concerns to maintain satisfaction.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and one year of customer service experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
