Job summary

Shaner Hotels is seeking a dedicated room attendant to keep our Courtyard Faro Blanco Resort Marathon pristine and welcoming. This role is based at our 83-room resort on the beautiful Florida Bay, where team members ensure guest areas meet high cleanliness standards and guest requests are handled promptly.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of cleaning experience, a basic understanding of chemical handling, and the ability to communicate in English (and Spanish is a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of cleaning experience in a hotel or similar setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintains standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
• Observes all house and safety rules, housekeeping procedures, and security procedures.
• Cleans and services assigned public spaces according to franchise and hotel standards.
• Returns and restocks cart at end of shift.
• Complete additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
