La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, Inc. is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to deliver the 4 Diamond Service standard at our oceanfront properties in La Jolla, CA. You will check guests in and out, assist with requests, and provide warm, professional service to members and visitors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous hotel/front desk/admin experience preferred.
• OPERA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and provide 4 Diamond Service.
• Assist members and guests with inquiries, directions and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
