Job summary

La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, Inc. seeks a Bell Attendant to be the first impression at the La Jolla Shores Hotel. You will deliver exceptional guest service, provide directions, and assist with needs while ensuring safety and courtesy. A valid California driver's license and reliable transport are required.

The role supports operations seven days a week with rotating shifts; offering competitive hourly pay, benefits, and employee dining discounts as part of a welcoming coastal workplace.

Qualifications

• Provide consistent, professional, friendly service.
• Ability to communicate directions and area attractions.
• Maintain safety and awareness of property and guests.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle with CA Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality service meeting or exceeding expectations by anticipating guest needs.
• Assists guests with directions and instructions to local attractions.
• Coordinates with other staff via radio and pagers.
• Maintains daily, weekly and monthly reports and shift closing procedures.
