Job summary

Kolter Hospitality at Hyatt Place West Palm Beach seeks a Gallery Host to provide exceptional guest service. You will assist with check-in/check-out, coordinate guest requests, and inform guests about hotel amenities and services.

The role includes food and beverage preparation for meetings and setup/breakdown of spaces. Ideal candidates bring customer service experience in hospitality and a willingness to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Gallery Host delivers service excellence to our guests creating a comfortable and welcoming environment.
