Job summary

Kolter Hospitality at Hyatt Place Delray Beach seeks a Gallery Host to deliver outstanding guest service and create a welcoming environment. You will assist with check-in/check-out, issue keys, and resolve guest issues in line with hotel standards.

Additional duties include coordinating guest requests, informing guests about services, setting up meeting spaces, preparing beverages/food for events, and handling cashiering tasks while ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Gallery Host delivers service excellence to our guests creating a comfortable and welcoming environment.
