Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a friendly Gallery Host at Hyatt Place Delray Beach to deliver excellent guest service and manage front desk duties. You will assist with check-ins/outs, issue keys, and resolve guest issues while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests by name, coordinating requests, setting up meeting spaces, and supporting food/beverage service for events. This role requires strong hospitality focus and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No previous hospitality experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Issue room keys and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
• Inform guests about hotel services, features and amenities.
• Welcome guests by name when possible and provide personalized service.
• Set up and break down meeting spaces and assist with meeting room setup.
• Prepare and present food and beverages for meetings/events following recipes and presentation standards.
• Handle cashiering tasks such as billing, posting charges and adjustments.
• Follow safety procedures and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Report items in need of repair and help maintain a clean, safe lobby area.

Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Gallery Host delivers service excellence to our guests creating a comfortable and welcoming environment.
