Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is looking for a Guest Services Agent in Truckee, CA to assist Owners and guests with check-in, amenities, and experiences, fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment.

You will respond to inquiries, coordinate with departments, and help create memorable vacation moments for guests staying at our villas.

Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into villas, review amenities, hours of operations, and local activities.
• Respond to guests' questions and requests; coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Explain room features (e.g., room key, ice/vending areas).
• Follow up to ensure requests are met to guests' satisfaction.
• Answer and route telephone calls to proper departments.
• Assist with bellman/runner duties as needed.
• Welcome guests and anticipate their needs; act professionally with colleagues.
• Contribute to team goals and follow safety procedures.
