Description

SUMMARY: Primarily responsible for greeting unit owners, guests, and visitors. Works closely with the concierge team and property leadership to ensure 5-star luxury service.

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Displays a friendly, courteous, and professional manner in all dealings with residents, patrons, and employees.
• Monitors elevator Emergency Response System.
• Responds to emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
• Resolves and follows up on all complaints/issues.
• Works closely with the Concierge to follow up on residents’ requests.
• Maintains daily logs, records, and forms.
• Receives and registers all residents’ packages.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building.
• Handles Porsche Design Tower Miami emergency procedures with professionalism.
• Performs tasks and projects as delegated by supervisors and management.
• Follows safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as instructed by property management.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Basic computer, math, and communication skills required. Should be detailed and highly organized. Flexible availability needed. Previous luxury experience preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Multi-tasking skills are essential.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma; hospitality degree preferred. One year of similar experience in a luxury condominium property preferred.

Language Skills:

Multilingual abilities are preferred. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required. Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively with residents, guests, and staff.

Physical Demands

Requires standing, walking, and talking frequently. Occasionally sitting, handling objects, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Must occasionally lift/move up to 15 pounds. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
