SUMMARY: Primarily responsible for greeting unit owners, guests, and visitors. Works closely with the concierge team and property leadership to ensure 5-star luxury service.
Requirements:
Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Basic computer, math, and communication skills required. Should be detailed and highly organized. Flexible availability needed. Previous luxury experience preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Multi-tasking skills are essential.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma; hospitality degree preferred. One year of similar experience in a luxury condominium property preferred.
Language Skills:
Multilingual abilities are preferred. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required. Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively with residents, guests, and staff.
Requires standing, walking, and talking frequently. Occasionally sitting, handling objects, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Must occasionally lift/move up to 15 pounds. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
