An all-suite hotel located in the heart of downtown San Diego, Embassy Suites by Hilton San Diego Bay - Downtown, offers a prime location for work and leisure. Situated across from Seaport Village's Headquarters and close to the San Diego Convention Center and Gaslamp Quarter, our hotel provides a vibrant work environment. Overview :

Assist guests with arrival and departure, ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities :
  1. Greet guests warmly, listen to requests, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
  2. Handle the check-in and check-out process, including computer input, room assignment, and key coding.
  3. Process payments, verify credit cards, and manage cash and other payment methods.
  4. Answer phone calls promptly, take messages, and handle mail and packages.
  5. Resolve guest issues and complaints effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  6. Stay alert during emergencies and busy periods, following safety protocols.
  7. Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  2. Experience in hotel operations is advantageous.
  3. Proficiency with calculators and computer systems.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with patience and diplomacy.
  5. Ability to stand for long periods and respond to emergency signs.
  6. Ability to build effective working relationships.
