Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Join to apply for the Front Desk Agent role at General Hotels Corporation.

Position Overview: The Front Desk Agent provides excellent customer service to hotel guests, serving as the first point of contact to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The primary shift is from 3pm to 11pm.

Responsibilities:
  1. Greeting guests upon arrival
  2. Checking guests in and out
  3. Answering phone calls and emails
  4. Assisting guests with questions or concerns
  5. Maintaining accurate guest records and room assignments
  6. Handling cash and credit transactions
  7. Providing information on hotel amenities and local attractions
  8. Keeping the front desk area clean and organized
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure
