Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Front Desk Supervisor to lead the waterpark front desk, oversee daily operations, assist guests, and process transactions.

You will also manage daily revenue reporting and support the team to ensure high service levels and guest satisfaction across our waterpark facilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and strong customer relations abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and reports.
• Supervisory experience preferred and capable of guiding a front desk team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee waterpark front desk daily operations and lead the front desk team.
• Handle guest interactions, assist guests, and process transactions.
• Prepare reliable daily reports and monitor internal waterpark revenue sales.

Waterpark Front Desk Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aWaterpark Front Desk Supervisor.In thispositionyou willbe responsible forinternal waterpark revenue sales, preparing reliable daily reports,assistingguestsand processing transactions. You’ll oversee the waterpark front desk daily operations and team to achieveobjectivesin sales, employee retention, beyondexpectationsguest service and satisfaction, cleanliness, and sanitation.

*** Position starting as early as September. ***

Pay Rate - $18 - $19/Hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills, good customer relation skills and have great attention to detail
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the issues raised by Associates, Supervisors, Department Heads, Senior Management, and guests.
