Front Desk & Guest Care

Description

As a Front Desk Clerk or Guest Services Clerk, your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times.
  • Maintaining high levels of service and hospitality.
  • Addressing guest concerns promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Handling guest charges, payments, and cash procedures as per company policies.
  • Managing guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism.
  • Being knowledgeable about the hotel brand, programs, and offers.
  • Communicating effectively with departments and management regarding guest feedback.
  • Responding quickly to calls, visitors, and team members needing assistance.
  • Knowing hotel safety and emergency procedures.
