Responsibilities
  • Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times.
  • Maintain high levels of service and hospitality.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Post charges, collect payments, and adhere to cash handling procedures.
  • Manage guest mail and messages with professionalism and respect for privacy.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel branding, programs, and offers.
  • Communicate effectively with departments and management regarding guest feedback.
  • Respond quickly to calls, visitors, and team members needing assistance.
  • Follow hotel safety and emergency procedures.
