Job Description

You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Front Desk Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and set the tone for their stay. Your personalized interactions, attention to guest room details, and knowledge of the hotel will ensure our guests have a memorable visit.

What You Will Be Doing:

  1. Greet guests warmly upon arrival
  2. Handle guest registration, including check-in and check-out, updating reservations and guest profiles with 100% accuracy, and assigning rooms meeting luxury standards
  3. Issue keys securely, maintaining safety and confidentiality
  4. Protect guest privacy and discretion
  5. Settle guest accounts following service standards
  6. Maintain accurate cash handling and report receipts daily, adhering to policies
  7. Assist guests and provide information about hotel facilities
  8. Drive revenue through room upselling and promoting hotel outlets
  9. Build strong relationships with support departments
  10. Create reservations for walk-in guests and after-hours calls
  11. Provide professional, engaging, and friendly service consistently
  12. Resolve guest issues and escalate when necessary
  13. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Your Experience and Skills Include:

  • Availability to work all shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in Front Office operations in a luxury setting is a plus
  • Operational knowledge of Front Office Systems (Micros, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are an asset
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong guest service orientation with empathy and creativity
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Comfort working around animals, as the property is dog-friendly

Additional Information

Physical Aspects of Position:

  • Constant walking and standing during shifts
  • Occasional exertion of up to 25 pounds for lifting or moving objects

Visa Requirements: Valid U.S. work authorization required.
