Job Description

Stein Eriksen Lodge, a premier European-style lodge located mid-mountain at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, is seeking a Front Desk Agent. Named after Olympic skier Stein Eriksen, the lodge offers a year-round luxurious experience.

Responsibilities

1. Greet guests sincerely and ensure their stay is enjoyable.
2. Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively.
3. Use the computer system to check guests in and out efficiently, inform guests of amenities, and manage express check-out for credit card payments.
4. Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, amenities, departments, and managers.
5. Perform clerical duties such as verifying cash, posting charges, balancing accounts, processing VIPs, and managing requests accurately and timely.
6. Serve as an information resource for guests and respond to their needs or direct them appropriately.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
