Property Description

The iconic Asher Adams, an Autograph Collection Hotel, is an adaptive reuse of the historic Union Pacific Depot. The project includes a new 8-story, 212-key infrastructure, plus 13 keys in the renovated Depot, totaling 225 keys. This full-service luxury hotel will be unique in Salt Lake City, recognized for its cultural significance and striking appearance. Located across from Delta Center, home of the Utah Jazz and over 150 events annually, it offers a vibrant setting.

Are you a people-oriented individual passionate about hospitality? Join us as a Front Desk Agent to create exceptional guest experiences. You will be the friendly face welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, providing local recommendations, and ensuring guests feel valued. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills and a desire to exceed expectations, this role is ideal for you.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests warmly to create a positive first impression.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests for a seamless experience.
  • Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones and managing reservations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in cash handling
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel operations is a plus
