  3. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  4. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  5. Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  7. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  8. Assist in administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and handling reservations.
Qualifications

  2. Prior cash handling experience necessary

  4. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
