Midas Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Springhill Suites hotel located in Lenexa, KS. This role involves welcoming arriving, departing, and in-house guests, as well as handling telephone inquiries related to reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests. Issue room keys and provide directions.
  2. Sort incoming mail and faxes for guests.
  3. Respond to inquiries about hotel services, guest registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
  4. Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts.
  5. Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
  6. Create, confirm, and cancel reservations.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred.
  2. Experience in a customer service industry is required.
