Job summary

Hotel Fera, a DoubleTree by Hilton, in Orange County is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests and ensure seamless stays. You will be part of the hotel’s front desk team, delivering exceptional service from arrival through departure.

The role requires at least one year in front desk or guest-facing customer service, with proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS systems. Compensation is $20/hour with full-time benefits and hotel discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of customer service or guest-facing role required.
• MS Suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel) is expected.
• Previous hotel PMS system experience (OPERA, OnQ) is a plus.

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred
• One year of experience working in customers service or a guest‑facing role required
• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite‑Outlook, Word, Excel
• Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus. Examples: OPERA, OnQ
