Job summary

Hotel Fera, a DoubleTree by Hilton, in Orange County seeks a Front Desk professional to warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their stay. You will craft memorable experiences from arrival through departure, with duties spanning check-in/out and guest inquiries.

The role requires customer-facing experience, MS Office skills, and familiarity with PMS systems. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of Front Desk hotel experience preferred.
• One year of customer service or guest-facing work required.
• Experience using MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems such as OPERA or OnQ is a plus.

Compensation: $20/hour

Essential Job Functions

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred
• One year of experience working in customers service or a guest-facing role required
• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel
• Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus. Examples: OPERA, OnQ
