As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, playing a pivotal role in shaping their experience. Whether welcoming an excited family, assisting a business traveler, or helping a guest in need, your warm hospitality will set the tone for their stay. This is a fast-paced and interactive role where you can truly shine!

  • Make a First Impression: Deliver a great hospitality experience in person or by phone with a welcoming personality.
  • Make a Lasting Impression: Inquire about guests' stays upon check-out, show genuine care, and listen to any problems or complaints.
  • Enjoy Problem Solving: Assist guests with luggage, directions, restaurant recommendations, or other needs. Be attentive and helpful at all times.
  • Be Accountable: Handle cash or credit transactions, route calls, take messages, and meet guest needs accurately and efficiently.
  • Be a Safety & Security Agent: Follow safety policies and procedures, anticipate problems, and call management when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to handle cash or credit transactions and proficiency with front office software.
  • Light physical activity, exerting up to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently; assistance with luggage may require exerting up to 50 pounds.
  • Long hours, often standing, are required.
