Job summary

Makeready LLC in Nashville is seeking a warm, attentive front desk team member to welcome guests, assign rooms, and guide them through the property and local scene.

You will handle check-ins/outs, explain payment options, collect or verify cards on file, respond to requests with professionalism, and contribute to an inclusive atmosphere reflecting Makeready's guiding principles.

Requested Tasks

• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about hotel, available rooms, review their rate and amenities available on property with all guests during the check in process
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit cards on file or collect upon arrival
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Respond to requests in a timely and professional manner
