Job summary

Makeready LLC is seeking a friendly front desk associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with room assignments, and guide them through available amenities. You will share information about rates, collect or verify payment methods, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.

In this role, you will respond promptly to guest requests, maintain a high standard of service, and help create memorable experiences for visitors.

• Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain composure in busy environments.

Requested Tasks

• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about hotel, available rooms, review their rate and amenities available on property with all guests during the check in process
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit cards on file or collect upon arrival
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Respond to requests in a timely and professional manner
