Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is helpful
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred

- Approach all guest and staff interactions with friendliness and service orientation
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and name tag
- Maintain regular attendance as per hotel standards and schedule
- Comply with hotel policies, standards, and regulations for safe and efficient operations
- Greet and welcome guests professionally and warmly
- Operate the telephone switchboard efficiently
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and messages courteously and efficiently
- Maintain good communication and teamwork with colleagues and other departments
- Be knowledgeable of rates, packages, promotions, and in-house groups
- Accurately handle reservations and rate quoting
- Be familiar with hotel policies, house rules, and hospitality terminology
- Assist in emergency procedures as needed
- Manage check-ins and check-outs courteously and efficiently
- Operate the Front Desk computer system effectively
- Log and deliver packages, mail, and messages
- Use radio etiquette when communicating with staff
- Assist with guest items and property amenities as requested
- Stay informed about hotel amenities, events, and local attractions
- Perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining cleanliness and safety across the hotel
