Responsibilities

1. What You'll Do
2. Provide the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
3. Check guests in and out efficiently and warmly.
4. Follow all cash handling and accounting procedures, including hotel credit and check cashing.
5. Develop knowledge of hotel staff, services, hours, room locations, rates, amenities, and surroundings.
6. Assist in maintaining lobby and entrance cleanliness.
7. Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
8. Respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints effectively.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring
