Job summary

White Lodging in Indianapolis is hiring a Night Audit to support front desk operations, balance daily revenues, and ensure accurate reporting. You will provide courteous guest service, read and interpret various hotel reports, and maintain confidentiality of guest information.

The role requires a customer-focused attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Hospitality experience is a plus. Day 1 benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

• Respond effectively to guest concerns and emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

What You\'ll Do

• A Night Audit will assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all front desk related functions
• Provide excellent guest service
• Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions daily, including credit cards, cash, and change funds
• Consistently follow all credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures
• Run various audits and reports and record all revenues and statistics accurately
• Read, analyze, interpret, and effectively explain items such as common reports, guest folios and emergency procedures
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information
• Effectively respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints
• Respond to emergency situations
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You\'ll Bring

• A willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
