Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Agent at the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, reception duties, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for 6 months.

• Availability for various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Position located at the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott. Responsible for guest reception, concierge functions, and ensuring a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, engaging attitude.
• Interact with all guests, welcoming them and assisting with luggage.
• Open doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle.
• Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check‑in.
• Park and retrieve vehicles as requested.
• Escort guests and luggage to their rooms, sharing hotel amenities and local information.
• Work with other attendants to personalize the guest experience and maintain a clean lounge area.
• Provide outstanding service beyond the normal standard.

Qualifications
