Overview

We are hiring a Guest Services Agent to join our team at the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott. The role is essential in creating a memorable first impression for guests from the moment they arrive until they depart.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage unloading and provide them with information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Welcome guests with a warm greeting and open their doors when arriving by motor vehicle.
• Escort guests and their luggage to the front desk for check‑in and, upon completion, to their rooms.
• Explain hotel amenities, fun facts, and special features while escorting guests.
• Work collaboratively with other attendants to ensure a personalised and high‑quality guest experience.
• Keep the entrance area clean and organised; assist the lobby attendant as needed.
• Show hospitality that goes beyond the norm and acts as a positive ambassador for the hotel.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer‑service role with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver’s licence with no major infractions in the past six months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Outgoing and engaging personality with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a full shift standing and moving between the valet lot and various hotel areas.
