Join our team as a Front Desk Agent, where you'll be the friendly face and welcoming voice that sets the tone for our guests' stay. As the first point of contact, your customer service skills and attention to detail will create a positive experience, ensuring our guests feel valued from check-in to check-out.
- Greet guests upon arrival, facilitate check-in/check-out, and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and policies.
- Handle room reservations, confirm guest details, assign rooms, and communicate any special requests to relevant departments.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Process payments, verify payment information, and handle financial transactions accurately, including cash handling and coordination with the accounting department.
- Serve as a communication hub, relay messages between guests and hotel departments, and maintain accurate records of guest interactions.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact attentively with team members and guests.
- Must pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the U.S.
