Responsibilities

In this role, you will welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys, assign rooms, and answer general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us.

Requirements
  • Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but we are willing to train the right customer service professional eager to grow their career. We are dedicated to thorough training & development through interactive teamwork in a positive environment.
  • Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Spanish, are highly desired.
  • Flexible schedule required for days, weekends, and holidays.
  • High energy, effective communication, positive attitude, and motivation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas using technical or professional language.

Pay rate is $18 per hour.

This position is at a location where Hyatt is not the employer. The employer may be a third-party management company responsible for employment benefits and obligations.
