Job description

We have an opening for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. The successful candidate will work directly with guests by checking them in and providing information about the services offered. The ideal candidate enjoys working with new people and is motivated to make guests feel welcome.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide a positive first impression to our guests and deliver exceptional service.
  2. Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone daily.
  3. Handle check-in and check-out processes, including cash and credit transactions confidently.
  4. Resolve guest issues promptly and courteously, ensuring a memorable experience.
  5. Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  2. Proficient in using computers and various software, including Opera, Booking, and TripAdvisor (a plus).
  3. Ability to stand, move continuously, and lift up to 20 pounds.
  4. Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  5. Minimum of 1 year of hotel experience.
