Job description

We have an opening for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. The successful candidate will work directly with guests by checking them in and providing them with information about the services that are offered. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who enjoys working with new people and is motivated to make our guests feel welcome.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide that critical first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service.
  2. Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone every day.
  3. Enjoy solving problems, be comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent English communication skills and the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
  2. Regular use of a computer and various software.
  3. This position requires continuous movement, standing, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 20 pounds.
  4. Must be available to work every shift, including weekends and holidays.
  5. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
  6. At least 1 year of hotel experience (required).
  7. Experience with Opera, Booking, and TripAdvisor is a plus.
