We have an opening for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. The successful candidate will work directly with guests by checking them in and providing information about the services offered. The ideal candidate enjoys working with new people and is motivated to make guests feel welcome.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide a positive first impression to guests and deliver exceptional service.
2. Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone every day.
3. Use a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

Requirements:

1. Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
2. Experience with computers and relevant software (Opera, Booking, TripAdvisor is a plus).
3. Ability to stand, move continuously, and lift up to 20 pounds.
4. Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
5. At least 1 year of hotel experience.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
