Overview
Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent will greet and register guests, provide prompt and courteous service, and close out guest accounts, maintaining Five Star Service Standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen carefully, respond appropriately, and provide accurate information about outlets and attractions.
  • Complete registration efficiently using computer systems, confirming guest details and room rates.
  • Answer phone calls professionally and promptly.
  • Update guest profiles and input messages into the system.
  • Handle guest mail, packages, and facsimiles as requested.
  • Address guest complaints with thorough research and effective solutions.
  • Assist guests with issues like pricing or room comfort, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of guest challenges and follow through to resolution.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager.

  • Experience with property management software like OPERA is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Sound judgment and resourcefulness.
  • Self-motivated with excellent customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Experience: At least 1 year of guest service experience, hospitality preferred.
