Job Overview

JOB SUMMARY: The Front Desk Agent greets and registers guests, provides prompt and courteous service, and manages guest accounts, maintaining Five Star Service Standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and sincerely.
  • Communicate clearly and listen to guest requests, providing accurate information.
  • Register guests efficiently using the computer system, confirming details.
  • Answer phones politely and promptly.
  • Update guest profiles and input messages into the system.
  • Retrieve and deliver messages, mail, and packages.
  • Handle guest complaints, conduct research, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Address guest problems calmly and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager.
Qualifications

Responsibilities: Experience with property management software like OPERA is preferred. Strong organizational, multitasking, and teamwork skills are essential. Candidates should exercise sound judgment, be self-motivated, and possess excellent customer service skills. Effective communication in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Experience: At least 1 year of guest service experience, preferably in hospitality.
