JOB SUMMARY: The Front Desk Agent greets and registers guests, provides prompt and courteous service, and manages guest accounts, maintaining Five Star Service Standards.
Responsibilities: Experience with property management software like OPERA is preferred. Strong organizational, multitasking, and teamwork skills are essential. Candidates should exercise sound judgment, be self-motivated, and possess excellent customer service skills. Effective communication in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Experience: At least 1 year of guest service experience, preferably in hospitality.
