Front Desk Agent and Van Driver

This position is responsible for processing check-ins and check-outs, securing payments, verifying and adjusting billing, and assisting guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. The role requires maintaining high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction. The employee will anticipate guest needs, exceed expectations, and implement creative solutions to provide exceptional service while adhering to brand standards.

Van Driver Responsibilities:

1. Operate a van or small bus to transport hotel guests to and from the airport.
2. Transport guests to tourist areas and other destinations, providing information about the local area.
3. Ensure the comfort and safety of hotel guests and customers.
4. Drive in a safe and efficient manner.
5. Assist guests as needed.
