Job summary

Hyatt Place Boca Raton is seeking a Gallery Host to deliver service excellence, handling check-ins/check-outs, issuing keys and resolving guest issues while following Kolter Hospitality standards. The role includes assisting with guest requests, informing guests of services, and welcoming guests by name.

Additional duties include setting up/clearing meeting spaces, preparing beverages/food for events, and performing cashiering tasks within policy. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Issue room keys and coordinate guest requests.
• Inform guests of hotel services, features and amenities.
• Welcome guests by name when possible.
• Set up, stock, and serve beverages and food for meetings/events.
• Set up and break down meeting spaces.
• Perform cashiering tasks including bill settlement.
• Follow rate structures and upsell when appropriate.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.

Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Gallery Host delivers service excellence to our guests creating a comfortable and welcoming environment.
